  • When will my DVD come in the mail?  This is a downloadable product, all of the content is accessible only online, you will not be sent a hard copy in the mail.
  • How do I download the videos, audios or PDFs to my hard drive?  To save the content to your hard drive simply right click on the download link and select either “Save As” or “Save File As” or “Save Target As” and then select where on your hard drive you would like to save it.  If you are like me, you might want to save it to your desktop – I tend to lose things when I file them elsewhere.
  • How do I watch the videos on my iPhone or iPad?  Glad you asked – check out this video and I will show you exactly how it works…

 

  • When I try to download the PDF it says the file is corrupt, what should I do?  The file is fine, but you likely are not running the most recent version of Adobe Reader.  It is a free download and you can get it here – http://get.adobe.com/reader/
  • The videos are loading really slowly – why?  Well, the video files are big files so the speed with which they load will depend on your internet speed.  To make things a little easier on your network, make sure you are only loading one video at a time.  If you try to start all of the videos at the same time it may cause them to stall.
  • The videos will not play when I download them.  The videos are all in .m4v format, so you need to have a plugin that will play this standard video format – Quicktime Player will play them and you can download a free version for Windows here – http://support.apple.com/kb/DL837 
  • Unfortunately I need to quit the club.  How do I unsubscribe?  That is a bummer, we are sorry to see you go, but I want to make it easy for you to unsubscribe so I use a company called ClickBank to sell all my products.  They are the people you purchased the subscription from and they will help you unsubscribe – here is the link you need – https://www.clickbank.com/orderDetail.htm  We would be happy to welcome you back to the club when your circumstances improve.
